Tomorrow will be the beginning of something new…
growth, independence, and a sense of pride.
Steven will start his new job tomorrow, which means in the near future that we will have our own place. Our first place… All to ourselves. We get to have a real marriage, our own stuff… I am so excited for this new experience!
Already stocking up on things we'll need-we are planning, and we can't wait! Keep your fingers crossed that everything goes well.

Did you ever think that you were good at something, had some confidence—and then something happens and all of that is out the window?

I never realised how difficult it is to take a picture of a family-a family with a young baby who is quite unhappy… Am I supposed to direct? Is it important to get the babies attention? Should I just point and shoot? I took photos of a beautiful family-my friends, and fellow photographer Angel Porch.
Nerves and lack of confidence ran high-but looking through the photos now I see that there are a few worth saving…
Practice is needed, and progress is in the making.

I smell it, touch it, save it… I treasure paper. Soon enough I discovered the freedom, the smell and sound of crayon, pencil, and pen to it-a new fetish began. From scribbling, to creating-art has always been my way of life…
I've always experimented with different ways to showcase myself-from (pre-pubescent) poetry, short stories, shared dreams of making it big as an illustrator, painter…and now addictedtomycamera–photographer. Capturing. Exploring. Learning how to grow and do better.
My new excursions have brought me to the internet-to share, explore, and learn… Here is where I begin the process of creating a webspace.
