Lovely post, and brill you’re treating yourself to some nice things! I know the frustration of forgetting something basic like shoes, I’ve had to buy 2 emergency pairs of shoes for Charlie, pieces of shit I’d never contemplate, but you get desperate. It;s hard when you’re baby-wearing to bring much, a bag seems weird when wearing a sling, well it does to me, so I usually stuff my wallet, keys and phone into pockets and a nappy into the sling. Wet/dirty clothes stay on all day, no room for changes of clothes in my pockets, rarely need them anyway. Loving your updates, and hope to see and hear loads more about your trip. xx
